Water is for drinking.

Tonight Nathan kept trying to lean down and drink his bath water. When I told him no drinking his bath water, he proceeded to dip his wash cloth in the water and suck on it to get the water out. I told him not to put his washcloth in his mouth so he stuck out his tounge and licked it! Gotta love the way his mind works!

Nathan and the yogurt

Nathan is learning to use a spoon. He is doing quite well, although by the end of the feeding he has a tendency to abandon the spoon. By the time he was finished with this morning's yogurt he had it from ear to ear, waist to eyebrows, and finger tips to elbows. He even had it up his nose! Needless to say, he was very happy with himself.

Splish Splash!

This morning I took Nathan to the splash pad at a local park with some friends. At first he was not too sure about it, but warmed up to it very quickly. He had a blast and we ended up staying for almost 2 1/2 hours, including lunch at the park.
